We are a real estate investment company based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We purchase residential property for our own account. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and we do not represent you in any transaction. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as such advice.
We buy houses in as-is condition using cash or other financing. In some transactions we may assign our rights under a purchase agreement to a third party, or complete a simultaneous or back-to-back closing. Where we do, we disclose that in writing as required by Tennessee law, including the disclosures required under Tenn. Code Ann. ยงยง 66-4-401 through 66-4-403.
Any figure we discuss or present is an offer to purchase from us. It is not an appraisal, a broker price opinion, a valuation, or a statement of market value. Because we buy as-is, close quickly, pay standard closing costs, and take on the condition and carrying risk of the property, our offers are typically below what the property might bring on the open market with an agent, repairs, and time. You are free to reject any offer, and you are encouraged to consult a licensed real estate professional, an attorney, or a financial advisor before selling.
Submitting a form, calling us, or receiving an offer creates no obligation on either side. Neither party is bound unless and until both sign a written purchase agreement.
You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the authority to discuss and, where applicable, sell the property. If you are one of several owners, an heir, an executor, or acting under a power of attorney, tell us so we can handle the transaction correctly.
