Information we collect

When you submit a form or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any details you share about the property or your situation.

We also automatically collect standard technical information when you visit, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the source that referred you to the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies used by analytics and advertising services.

Calls and text messages

If you provide your phone number and give consent, we may contact you by phone call and text message, including with an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. You can ask to be removed from calls by telling us during any call or by emailing us at the address below. We honor opt-out requests promptly and keep a record of them.

Mobile information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except subcontractors and vendors who help us deliver those messages, and those vendors are prohibited from using the data for any other purpose.

Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to operate the business:

Service providers such as our website host, form processor, CRM, phone and messaging platform, and analytics providers
Transaction parties such as title companies, closing attorneys, inspectors, lenders, and prospective purchasers or assignees, where you have engaged with us on a specific property

Advertising and analytics

We use Google Ads, Google Analytics, and call tracking services. These providers may set cookies and collect usage data to measure ad performance and attribute conversions. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad personalization in your Google account settings.

Call recording

Calls to and from our tracked phone numbers may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes. Where a recording is in progress, you will be notified at the start of the call and may ask that it be stopped.

Data retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue a transaction and to satisfy legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely so we can continue to honor your request.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email marquan@hendersonlandco.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Note that opt-out records are kept even after a deletion request so that we do not contact you again.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy. The revised version will be posted here with a new date.
